Terms and Conditions of Use


For those of us who use stock in our artwork, having great stock accounts to rely on are a god(dess)-send, which is why I wanted to create one to help others out as I have been helped, and hopefully the images here will be of some to you. All I ask is that you please be respectful and follow the very basic and standard terms of use below if you are using any full or potions of my stock work.





Under no circumstances are any of the stock pieces depicting children to be used in any distasteful manner. This means the images are not to be manipulated to show graphic violence or any other type of violence; no blood, no gore. The images are not to be used within artwork of mature content. No subtle, implied, or blatant use of any of the above themes and/or content. If you are unsure as to whether or not your use or intended use of such stock is against these terms, please contact me BEFORE submitting the work to your or any other gallery.

These are pictures of my daughter, so please be respectful.
Do an acceptable amount of editing, this is an art site. You must significantly alter the stock. Example: Do not simply make a coloured photo black and white.

Please do not claim these images as your own. Give credit with a link to my stock account in the description of the piece. I would also prefer if the name of the stock piece(s) used were included in the description. (Example: Fae1 by SJ-Stock )

Please comment under the piece that you have used, including a link to your deviation in which it was used. And note me at my main account SJConnick.deviantart.com This way I can see what you've done and comment.

If there is something specific that you would like involving any of my stock subjects do not hesitate to note me with your request. I will do my best to honour it. I will let you know whether I am able to do so or not.

This stock is for use on deviantART and for non-commercial work ONLY. If you wish to use stock outside of deviantART or for commercial use, my permission is required.

If you want to make a print of one of your deviations where you have used my stock, please ask permission by emailing me at sjconnick@gmail.com. I notify deviantART so that you may sell it.
